Terms of Service

AdsPlainer connects to your Google Ads account with read-only access, analyzes your campaigns and explains in plain language what is happening and what to do about it. The product is in beta: it is evolving quickly, and features may change, move or occasionally break.

• You sign in with your Google account and you are responsible for what happens under it.
• Only connect Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use AdsPlainer.

The current version of AdsPlainer cannot modify your campaigns, budgets, keywords or any other setting in Google Ads. When features that apply changes launch, nothing will ever be changed without your explicit approval for that specific action.

AdsPlainer gives you analysis and recommendations, not promises. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. Decisions about your campaigns and budgets remain yours, and so do their outcomes.

A few things you agree not to do:

• Abuse, overload or disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure.
• Scrape the service or resell access to it.
• Reverse engineer the product or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Use AdsPlainer for anything illegal.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.

AdsPlainer is free while in beta. Paid plans will come later. When they do, prices will be clear before you pay anything, and nothing will ever be charged silently.

Your Google Ads data is yours, full stop. Our code, design, brand and insight engine are ours. If you send us feedback or ideas, you agree that we may use them to improve the product, with no compensation owed.

AdsPlainer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. During the free beta, that amount is zero.

You can stop using AdsPlainer at any time: revoke access from your Google Account permissions page and, if you want your data deleted, email us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

AdsPlainer is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of Google Ads itself remains governed by Google's own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will announce it in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use AdsPlainer after that means you accept the updated terms.
